Foothills Hockey Association’s In-House program is a member of the South Denver C470 Hockey League and includes games against other In-House teams from the Arapahoe and Front Range Amateur Hockey Association. All players must be registered with USA Hockey.
During the 2008-2009 season, FHA is fielding House teams at the Squirt through Midget level.
The 2008-2009 season consists of approximately 22 weeks at the Edge Ice Arena with practice and games on Saturdays and Sundays. Practices begin in early September and games against other opponents start in early to October. No games or practices will occur during Thanksgiving, Christmas, Martin Luther King or Presidents Day holiday weekends. League playoffs begin approximately the third week in March. Dates are subject to change.
Each team receives one, one-hour practice per week. The majority of the practices are held at the Edge Ice arena on Saturday mornings. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.
The base registration fee for House teams is $780 for all age levels. In addition to the registration fees, House players are required to purchase their own set of Game Jerseys ($160-$200).
