The FHA Mentor program is a work in progress and we are starting now with an application process and a 2 hour training session. Once the training process is complete the Mentor will be assigned a team to work with throughout the year or the mentor may be assigned to various teams.
The purpose of the mentor program is to develop good sportsmanship, improve skill level, and foster passion for hockey in the player(s) & team to which the mentor is assigned. The mentor will also recognize that their behavior on and off the ice will reflect these goals and that
they will be in role model environment.
